Guai a chi dice che non mantengo la parola data. I miei ferri circolari hanno un cavo pessimo però continuano a macinare metri e metri di filo!
Qualche settimana fa Annalisa, knitter eccezionale, cercava delle tester per un suo nuovo pattern. Accertatami della fattibilità per una poco più che principiante mi sono offerta… attimi di panico appena ho scrutato meglio la foto… l’intreccio che crea il punto graticcio mi sembrava qualcosa di trascendentale. Il panico è rientrato in pochi secondi, il pattern è incredibilmente chiaro, nessuna maglia è lasciata al caso. Tutto è filato liscio, con mia enorme sorpresa, ma del resto con una spiegazione così chiara non c’era da stupirsi!

A few weeks ago Annalisa, exceptional knitter, was looking for a tester for your new pattern. I verified the feasibility for beginner knitter as me and I started to work my gloves… moments of panic when I looked at the best pictures … the cable seems really hard. Panic came back in a few seconds, the pattern is incredibly clear, nothing is left to chance. Everything went well, to my great surprise, but then with an explanation so clear it was no wonder!
Mi è bastato un solo gomitolo di lana merinos di Lana Gatto in un insolito grigio asparago, lo adoro. È uno di quei colori che sembrano venuti fuori con un lavaggio sbagliato ma non è così! Non è semplice restituire in foto la tonalità esatta, forse nell’ultimo scatto con il guanto ancora incompleto la luce era quella giusta.

All it took was a ball of wool Merino by Lana Gatto in an unusual gray asparagus, I love it. It is one of those colors that seem to come up with a bad wash, but it is not so! It is not easy to return in picture the exact shade, perhaps the last photo, with the glove still incomplete, the light was the right one.
