What it was the third news still secret in the last post? The Simply Crochet Calendar 2016 with my illustrations!
They are not just cute and colorful doodles, they are the drawings at the base of my amigurumi. I realize them to understand the proportions, choose colors, decide the details and the expression. To put on paper all that then I’ll translate into amigurumi with my crochet hook.
Some characters have already appeared in Simply Crochet magazines during the year (the bunny doll, the cat with the striped shirt, the mermaid…) and the others go out month after month during 2016. You can see the doll who makes a crochet scarf, a superhero dog, otters in love, a fox in the raincoat and many new and funny characters that I hope you will love!
Inside the calendar there is a sheet of stickers; draw them was fun and I can not wait to use them!

Into this issue there is also a new Christmas amigurumi that I will show you in detail in a future post. He is a Teddy bear dressed as Nutcracker, with gold epaulettes, blacks boots and a loud drum!
