Roly amigurumi hedgehog

Roly the Hedgehog is ready to explore the amigurumi world!
A complete PDF pattern with written instructions and step by step photos is now available in my Etsy and Ravelry store.

Roly is a cute little hedgehog (it seems I like chubby little animals!) who unlike his peers has great faith in all humans and animals. He is a curious hedgehog, he is not afraid and never feels the need to roll into a ball in self-defense so his spines have become so soft to be stroked!

This crochet amigurumi pattern includes 2 spines / spikes option: loop stitch and non-loop stitch. Feel free to pick the spine option you like the most!
I know there’s a lot of you who do not like making those loops so much! So I thought to give a second option and after a few attempts I found a combination of stitches that work really well as hedgehog’s spikes.
You can also find a step by step guide (with photos!) to learn how to make the loop stitch, so do not be afraid if this is your first time.

PDF crochet pattern to make Roly the Hedgehog is available on Ravelry and Etsy.
It includes:
– written instructions in US crochet terms
– step by step photos (more than 60 photos!)
– size and gauge for 3 different yarn weights
– two spine options (using loop stitch and not using it!)
– loop stitch tutorial to learn how to do it!

To celebrate the launch of this new pattern, Roly the Hedgehog is 25% OFF until the 1st of July 2019 (on Ravelry and Etsy – no code needed).

Happy crocheting!
