This is the second amigurumi I design for Ophelia Italy, this time I’ve chosen a subject that’s dear to wool-addicted: sheep!
To achieve a voluminous and fluffy fleece I thing a bouclé yarn is a nice choice. It’s a bit difficult to crochet using that kind of yarn, but do not panic! There are a few tips to facilitate our role of compulsive amigurumi maker.

The decision to make the body separately from all other parts is the first trick… so even if it is not absolutely perfect, a stitch more or less, will not be the end of the world, and while we will practice with bouclé yarn we build up a whole flock.

The crochet pattern is free! You can find the instructions on Ophelia Italy website, I used Apollo and Gemma yarns from their shop.
I hope to see many sheep!!!
